As reported by Reporter-G and Gary Scott who has learned it from the Rocky Mountain News, MediaNews has agreed to provide its financial information directly to its bondholders. Bondholders have agreed to let MediaNews stop making filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission ... effective immediately.
